HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also log in to your account on Health Spot Australia to view your order status and details.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION. THAT I HAVE TO DO?
If you have not received a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, please contact our customer service to confirm that your order was processed successfully.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER?

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM. THAT I HAVE TO DO?
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service at info@seriouslyorganics.com.au with details and photographs of the product. We will help you solve the problem as soon as possible, either by sending you the correct product or refunding your money.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT?
Yes, if you wish to exchange a product for another of equal value or difference, communicate your intentions to the customer service team and they will guide you through the process.

IF I PURCHASED A PRODUCT ON SALE, CAN I RETURN IT?
Yes, sale products can be returned. However, the refund will be the price paid in the offer and not the original price of the product.
